Being guided by Cheryl over the last few months has been rewarding in so many ways. I felt completely lost with my diet and nutrition but I can now confidently say I’m on the right path (for life!) Cheryl has helped me with strength building and showed me how to fuel my body correctly to build up muscle. She has also said to me many times “Eat the cake and drink the drink!” days off plan are a part of life and have to be enjoyed! Fantastic Fitness & Nutrition Coach
I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Cheryl but after following her on FB and finding her such an inspiration with great helpful advice, I decided to contact her and join for an initial 8 week online course. I have been overweight for ages and putting on even more weight during the peri menopause journey, despite following a healthy eating plan but I just wasn’t finding I could stick to it. I decided I wanted to try calorie counting but was lost with all the overload of information you get and that’s where Cheryl came in. She set my targets, and I’ve not looked back. I joined up for another 12 weeks, have lost weight, come down in inches and clothes size, and found something that works and I can stick to. And as Cheryl has taught me, consistency is key! If you stick with it, you will see results! I would highly recommend Cheryl, and she has lots of advice whatever your situation with nutrition and fitness. She has personally gone through the same journey so if very empathic. Thankyou Cheryl!! ❤️❤️
12 week plan – simple, doable and actually works!
I’ve just completed one of Cheryl’s 12-week programs and lost over 2 stone. Cheryl’s approach is simple, doable, and actually works. Her classes are super welcoming and enjoyabl..ish 🔥! Would 100% recommend—if I can do it, anyone can!
Amazing Coach
I wasn’t massively overweight but after 3 kids, over a stone had creeped on and my usual size 10 was too small. I was doing lots of exercise and have always been active but it was not shiffting and so I blamed peri menopause. I signed up to Cheryl’s plan after joining the Facebook page and liking her posts, Cheryl worked out my BMR and gave me a workout plan, I found the plan really easy to stick to and still allowed myself treats and off plan periods for holidays and social events. I enjoyed the plan so much that I extended it twice! I’m down to a size 8 and am ecstatic to have lost over a stone. Cheryl was always on hand to answer questions and offer support, recipes were fab and her realistic approach which fits in with real life is brilliant. Highly recommended, thanks Cheryl!
Why signing up was the best decision I made!
I’d been following Cheryl on social media for quite a while before I plucked up the courage to sign up for her 12-week plan last September. I’d tried some of her recipes and loved them, but after a really tough year—stress at work, mid-forties health worries, and being so anemic I could barely climb the stairs—I knew I needed to do something more. I’d lost confidence, my hair was falling out, and I felt utterly rubbish. Years of poor sleep and bad eating habits had caught up with me: I’d often skip breakfast and lunch, then end up inhaling a pack of custard creams or Haribo by the evening and convinced myself the healthy evening meal was enough.
At first, I just wanted to lose a bit of weight and eat better—but what I’ve gained has been so much more than that. Cheryl’s support helped me shift my mindset completely. Her cookbooks have genuinely changed how I eat, and the whole family now enjoys the meals too. I never skip breakfast anymore, I eat regularly, and I love that I can still enjoy a sweet treat—just one made from her recipes!
I initially found the calorie deficit and protein goals a real struggle, but Cheryl was there every step of the way. Her approach is so down-to-earth and realistic, and she never makes you feel silly for asking questions or having a wobble.
In January, I joined her run club. My first goal was to run for more than 10 minutes without needing to stop for breath. Then it was a 5k. Now I’m regularly running 10k+ and training for my first half marathon! The community of inspirational women she’s brought together is like nothing I’ve experienced before—uplifting, supportive, and so welcoming.
I also joined Cheryl’s Ladies That Lift class and conquered a long-held fear of walking into a room full of people I didn’t know. That alone was a huge step for me, and I’m so proud I did it.
I’ve gained so much from this journey—better sleep, increased confidence, and most importantly, a new understanding that it’s not about weight loss, but about health, strength, and long-term fitness. I’ve finally realised that change takes time, consistency is key and am enjoying seeing the physical changes as well as all the mental ones.
I’m a little nervous about continuing on my own, but I feel motivated and reassured knowing that Cheryl is always there. She gives up so much of her time for free—her posts on socials are so motivating, and I absolutely love being part of the amazing community she’s created.
