20 week transformation

I had followed Cheryl for a while before contacting her before Christmas for help and advice. I had been putting weight on even tho I was exercising. Enough was enough when I was on holiday last year and I saw myself in a bikini. I felt horrible. I started my plan in January and can honestly say it has changed my mindset completely. I couldn’t believe how much I could eat whilst sticking to my calorie deficit. I have hardly ever been hungry and even had a treat every night. I have lost over a stone and feel so much better in my clothes. So if there is anyone out there wondering whether to start a plan do not hesitate to contact Cheryl. She is always at the end of the phone if you are having a wobble and I just want to say a big thank you for getting me back on track. I’m ready to do this on my own from here on xxxx

12-Week Challenge

I was a long-time silent lurker on Cheryl’s facebook page and then took the plunge to sign up to the 12-week challenge as I wanted to try and break bad habits before Summer hit again. After suffering with breast cancer last year and being put on Tamoxifen, this has pushed me into menopause which was a huge shock. I have always struggled with food, bingeing and starving myself but the plan that Cheryl put me on has had me eating more food in a day so I am never hungry and nothing is forbidden so I haven’t felt the need to binge. Although it did take me a while to break the habit of weekend stuffing my face!, we came up with a plan to store calories in the week so that I had more over the weekend and that has worked so well for me. I have just worked out that I have lost 48.5cm’s and 3.5kg, I’m still in shock! The weekly check ins kept me motivated and knowing I could contact Cheryl at any time was great. I am now confident in going it alone, I will keep my weekly logs moving forward and will keep to the same plans that Cheryl has put in place for me. Thank you so much for everything over the last 12 weeks – I may be back in the future 🙂 x

Cheryl has helped and encouraged me so much over the past months. I have lost over a stone and nearly 100cm of body fat.

I now plan my menus with the help of Cheryl’s cookbooks and I love spending Sundays prepping and cooking,

Cheryl is so down to earth and encouraging. Her daily social media posts are positive and inspiring. She has changed the way I feel about myself and I am finally starting to get some confidence back at age 62.

I now attend her ladies that lift class and I have recently joined a gym as I want to continue my journey.

Cheryl has been truly amazing these past few months, I have lost over a stone and over 80cm from my body. But ultimately Cheryl is an amazing support system goes above and beyond for her clients. Offers the best advice and nothing is ever a bother. Cheryl is honest, which is refreshing and I couldn’t ask for anything else in a coach. Cheryl’s cookbooks are also amazing and help so much when learning about foods and this creates a positive relationship with food and body and helps breaks bad habits.

I feel confident now with food and balance having had Cheryl as my coach which is amazing.
