Cheryl is an amazing coach
I started online coaching with Cheryl in September and initially signed up for the 12-week plan. I quickly realised how amazing she was an I’ve been here ever since. Cheryl has supported me to completely transform my life, re-building my self-belief, losing weight and seeing body transformation I’ve been dreaming of for years.
On Sunday I ran a half marathon with a time I could only dream of. I suffer with low-confidence and through my weekly check-in’s Cheryl has given me support and encouragement. She wrote me a running plan tailored just to me and how much time I had. She gave me lots of advice around nutrition and how to fuel my body for running and training. When I picked up an injury in my hip and thought I’d have to give up, Cheryl advised me on what to do. For the day of the race she coached me on the best breakfast and pre-race snack to make sure I was fueled and race ready. She also asked me to message her after the race to tell her how I got on – showing that she really cares about me and wants to celebrate my achievements. I cannot thank Cheryl enough, everyone needs Cheryl as their coach! x
Cheryl is amazing!!
When I joined Cheryl in December 2025, I knew I needed some support to get me out of the rabbit hole and take it all back to basics and thats exactly what Cheryl supported me with. She has provide me with structure, a training plan and guidance of my food intake. I was eating 1200 calories which was very low and i wasnt fuelling my body correctly. I wanted to be held accountable and this helped. Cheryl designed me a training plan which worked for me and my body, so I could start to lose fat and gain muscle 💪. The plan included the core exercises to reach all the muscle groups which is exactly what I needed as id lost my way a little.

Amazing
I have been with Cheryl on the 12 week plan and so glad I did. I have followed the plan she gave me which was really easy to follow and cooked delicious meals from the cookbooks. I’ve lost weight and centimetres. I feel better about myself and more confident in how I look. If you’re considering going with Cheryl don’t waste any time do it…. 8 week plan
I started the 8 week plan after 6 months of cutting out foods trying to understand what was giving me such bad stomachs when I ran, turned out it was sweetners, after realising the impact nutrition could have I really wanted to be guided further which is why I first signed up. And honestly it’s been a bit of a revelation, after 8 weeks I’ve lost a few pounds, a few inches but, much more importantly to me, my body composition saw a huge improvement. We get tested at work every 6 months and I’d been really unhappy with my last one, this one in Feb had my body fat reduced, my muscle up, my visceral fat reduced and my metabolic age reduce from 48 to 41. I was absolutely over the moon and it really drove home how much more important nutrition is as we get older. And despite running the least, and shortest distances per week than anytime in the last 6 years, I’m actually getting faster! This was exactly what I needed for a factory reset and to realise what made the difference for me
Life Changing
I have been with Cheryl for just over a year now and what a year it has been, it’s been a year of complete up and downs from a major job change and delay in start time to a marriage breakdown. My mental health took a nosedive and without Cheyrl by my side I’d of completely spiralled she has not only being a fantastic coach guiding me to over 10kg weight loss and a complete body change to make me see that food is fuel and that it’s something not to be afraid of I used to restrict myself to under 1200 calories some days not even 800 and being scared to look at myself in the mirror to eating 1900 and still growing muscle while maintaining the weight I have lost, I’ve grown in confidence and don’t hate what I see in the mirror and even having the confidence to enroll in Cheryl’s photoshoot that’s something I would of never dreamt of! Cheyrl is not just an amazing coach she is a true friend who is there through the tough times and the good times. I really can’t recommend her enough you won’t just gain confidence and learn how to fuel your body without restriction and be able to enjoy the journey. The cookbooks are packed full of tasty recipes. Thank you Cheyrl for being the best coach and a true rock through this difficult year I could not of done it without you!! I’m so excited to see what we can achieve now and with you by my side the skys the limit!! Xx
